Hey explorer! Are you curious about visiting some beautiful spots of Madeira? Rightly so, because lush green landscapes and great coastal scenery await you. Madeira's nature in all its glory!
We start at one of our meeting points in the city center of Funchal, at the Cruiseship Port, at the Lido or in Caniço. Cruise Shippers will be picked up directly at the port. Let's go!

Fanal Park: a fairytale forest
We would not be Heartbeat Madeira, if we would not start the day with some Portuguese coffee is awaiting us - chose between a Bica or a Garoto. Boosted with the coffee, we will head in our electrical van "Vivi" to Fanal and thus to the "magic forest" of Madeira - straight out of a storybook. Walk among (hopefully misty) strangely shaped trees and keep your eyes peeled for the famous cows that sometimes appear out of nowhere in the mystical mist.
Ribeira da Janela: picturesque scenery
Our journey continues to Ribeira da Janela. The highlight here is the impressive rock that rises from the sea and has an opening that resembles a window. (Smartphone)Camera ready?
São Vicente: White Bell Tower
Our next stop is São Vicente, our favourite place in the north. Here we go up a few steps to the famous church tower. A great photo motif and an even greater view from up there, because from here you have a unique perspective on the rugged charm of the island.
Cabo Girão Skywalk: thrilling heights
Next, we head up high to the famous Cabo Girão Skywalk, a glass viewpoint that offers breathtaking views from dizzying heights. At 580 meters high, Cabo Girão is one of the highest capes in Europe. Keep cameras ready (and tight)! ​​

Poncha Time!
The day would not be complete without a traditional deliciousness: we stop at a local poncha bar and try the most famous drink of the island. Cheers to us!

Back in Funchal: Cheers to new memories
Our tour is coming to an end, it's back to Funchal. But the adventure doesn't have to end for you yet! We'd love to recommend our favourite poncha bars where you can toast the day with your tour buddies.
